Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our products and our service. We have a 30 day exchange policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it for a full refund or replacement.
For all returns and exchanges, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit by carriers.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive any product which is broken, damaged or defective, we kindly request that you contact customer service for instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
